Belgium has no cocoa tree
A country without tropics known worldwide for chocolate — that is not agriculture, that is a trade.
The bean grows elsewhere. What Belgium adds is the working of it: the conching, the fineness, the point at which it stops rasping and starts to melt. Our chocolate comes from there.
On the tongue it stays low for a long time, without the sharp edge of cocoa roasted a step too far.
If you want the counterpart: NAUTHY PURE CHOCO stands beside it, on a sorbet base and without dairy. This one contains milk, and is here all year.
