No tasting spoons

Tasting before you choose sounds reasonable. Until the third spoon, when you no longer know what you tasted.

We do not hand out tasting spoons. Choosing is part of the craft, on your side of the counter too.

What lies there lies open: the name, what goes into it, and the colour the flavour brings with it. You need nothing more. One scoop, one choice — and it counts.

Next week it is all there again. Then it will be the other one.
